Junior Analyst/Business Analyst (Astana)

Professional requirements:

• Higher university degree (in Information Technology, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, etc.) from a leading Kazakhstan or Foreign University, Master’s degree is not obligatory, but an advantage
• Experience in business and technical documentation (use cases, user stories, business requirement document, technical specifications, BPMN, etc.)
• Knowledge of an end-to-end system’s development life cycle
• Knowledge of IT operations
• Knowledge of one of the programming languages (Java, C#, Python) and SQL will be an advantage

Required skills:

• Work experience in IT minimum 2 years (preferably in International companies);
• Combine of System and Design thinking – the ability to see how parts interact with the whole (big picture thinking) and ability to present it fully with fewer words
• Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint skills
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and writing skills both in Russian and English.

Key responsibilities:

· Analyzing business needs of our clients

· Finding technological solutions to business requirements

· Collecting the data and preparing digital product requirement specifications, functional specification documents

· Supporting project teams during the analysis and planning stages of software development

· Conducting researches, benchmarking technology solutions and analyzing KPIs in order to help our clients increase the efficiency of their businesses and solve their issues

· Presenting key findings, research results and digital products
