Position profile:
1. Implementation of Company financial strategies
2. Advising on Company financial and tax implications
3. Management of Company financial risks and financial operations
4. Full cycle management of finances and accounts; tax; IT and treasury
5. Evaluations and reporting related to Company activities
6. Management and coordination of inspections conducted by appropriate local authorities
Position main duties:
 Manage Company financial risk, financing operations, treasury
 Determine and present a capital structure of the Company, retained earnings target and dividend policies
 Assist General Director on funding strategy and back up at processing stages
 Development forecasts for short-term and long-term profitability of the Company and preparation of pro-forma (prospective) balance sheets
 Develop budgets, forecasts, strategic financial plans and financial reports
 Manage information security, market, pricing, currency, liquidity, interest rate and strategic risks that can be vulnerable for the Company
 Proper and timely implementation of tasks referred by the General Director
 Regular functional reporting to the General Director
 Prepare presentation for financial / non-financial institutions and any other entity to present operation of the company
 Prepare the financial business plan for the Company and present it to the Company management
 Research and observe changes in legislation, business, tax, political and economic environment
 Manage short-term debts, working capital, currency operations, loan capital, corporate securities issued by the Company
 Manage capital structure of the Company, raise funds within the approved target capital structure
 Manage investment portfolio, prepare periodic portfolio and risk analysis reports
Position requirements:
 Higher degree in Economics or Finance
 At least 5 years of professional experience in CFO position
 At least 12 years of professional experience in finance
 Strong leadership skills
 Strong interpersonal communication skills
 Effective problem solver and decision maker
 Self-disciplined and self-motivated
 Open minded and agile
 Fluent English, Kazakh is preferable
 Experienced PC user, MS Office, 1C IS
